Senator Billy Hickman for State Senate & his wife, Mrs. Jo Ann Hickman, presented each our Teacher of the Year finalists with a $2500 check today during a Planning Workshop. Senator and Mrs. Hickman felt that the finalists deserve a monetary award and wanted to begin their scholarship with this year's finalists. The finalists and the Candler County School District are very thankful for the Hickman's and their dedication to education.
